Personality

Good Traits

Endearing: This giant tom can be very sweet and can put a lot of meaning behind his words. Most of the time when he says something he is trying his hardest to prove that he cares. Especially if someone is upset and feeling down, Marius will try his hardest to make them smile. Since he is a big tom he tries his hardest to not show this side but it will come out if he sees someone feeling down. 

Loyal: Marius will protect those that he cares about and are tied to by certain bonds, such as in his tribe or family. Once he is bound to something he will serve it faithfully, as long as he is on good terms with what he is serving. The tribe and family comes first, everything else came second to him. No one could separate him from his duties, whether it be brute force or mental forces holding him back he would fight with all his might to overcome it. 

Faithful: If Marius makes a promise to you he will never take it back. He would die to live by his word, taking it as seriously as if he had soulbound to the promise itself. Taking him as a mate is a live long commitment, he will serve his mate to all his ability. Gladly, would he lay down his life for her. Same goes for family and friends, they will have the protection of Marius. A giant with a heart that never goes back...ever.

Respectful: This big lug would never dream of disrespecting those he cares about or high ranks. He knows his place, just because he likes to fight doesn't mean he doesn't have the sense to bow to his elders. Marius highly values the importance of treating kits and elders with the utmost respect and love. Many times can he be found in either the nursery or the elders den. He also tries to speak in his best manner, though with his drawl he has a hard time. 

Neutral Traits

Protective: This tom watches over his loved ones with a keen eye. If someone even comes close to those he cares about he will hover and make sure nothing is being done that would upset him. This can get him in trouble not only worth the other cats but also his friends, they think he can be a bit too much. He means no harm, really, he only wants to be there for his friends and try to avoid them getting hurt. In his mind he's done nothing wrong, even if you confront him. 

Charmer: Sometimes Marius can cross the line from friendly to downright flirtatious. A pretty girl can distract him and make him go into suave mode, he lays it on thick. If a she-cat couldn't tell he liked her then she needed to go to the healers den because there was something wrong. Touching and complimenting is his biggest move, which can get him in trouble. Sometimes he even just says what he is thinking, it can be some pretty embarrassing things too.

Defensive: Accusing this tom isn't the best idea, he will take his accuser down and tell them how it really is. He is defensive about his friends and family too. If he hears rumors or bad things being spread about them he will seek you out and give you what's coming. Nobody muddies up his name, or those around him. Many times this has gotten him in terrible for attacking others. 

Witty: Marius can talk his way out of almost any situation. He speaks in a way that contains loads of sarcasm. Though most of the time he doesn't mean to come across rude, it just comes out that way. He likes to make jokes about things he can't deal with, it tends to make him feel stonger. Feeling weak sends him into a frenzy of smart talk and wit.

Bad Traits

Possessive: Once he gets his paws on something he doesn't let it go. Others call him a hoarder and a bit clingy but he can't help it. The fear of losing those beautiful things he had was overwhelming. He couldn't lose them...he couldn't. They were his. And that was how they were going to stay. If he kept a good grip nobody could steal those he loved from him. 

Manipulative: When Marius wants something he will use others if he needs to to get it. He doesn't see anything bad in this, if they have info he needs he'll get it however he can. Usually he doesn't have to be like this but when he does he doesn't think twice about it. If his family were in danger he would do anything to protect them. 

Eccentric: Marius was a bit..out there. His way of thinking was different and open. He viewed things in a different light, a beautifully strange light. Many of his mannerisms were weird, the things that made him tick made others look at him with faces of confusion. 

Demanding: If Marius wanted something he would get it, by any means. He can piss others off with his attitude and need for things. The tom doesn't mean to be rude or condescending but when he wants something he does anything to get it. He needs to be reminded that things will be alright without that item he so desperately needs. 

Temperamental: His curse is having a short fuse, lots of things can set him off. When he became angry his eyes dilated and his sharp teeth were exposed. His tone of voice became lower and the fur on the back of his neck and spine would rise and bristle. Messing with this tom just isn't a good idea, he isn't afraid of taking others out.

History

Kithood
As a child Lenny was born to a tall giant tom and an beautiful petite she-cat, he was close to his parents and siblings. Most of the time he spent playing with his brother, Josh. They were simple kits, never did Lenny get the desire to leave their little camp. Josh always wanted to explore things, occasionally getting himself into trouble. Lenny was always big but Josh was equally as big, they were beginning to get to the age where they wanted to play fight. Lenny one day challenged his brother to a friendly brawl, they fought outside the nursery and Josh won. It made Lenny so mad that he swore one day he would beat his brother in a battle. They continued to spar throughout the next few moons, despite being 'rivals' they were very close and spent all their time together. Josh was growing to be bigger than Lenny, it was one more thing that made the kit determined to beat him one day. If he could beat his much bigger brother then he truly was the stronger brother, it made him puff out his chest in excitement. Both toms would go to warriors throughout the land in search of someone to teach them how to beat each other. Most cats just laughed and walked off, though Lenny found one who promised to help. So for a moon Lenny received help from the strong tom, he learned a few moves that he could master as he got older. Lenny tried to take on Josh one more time while they were still young. Though after a long and staggering battle Josh won again. While it was only play fighting the toms took it seriously, as if they adults trying to fight over territory. No claws out, no biting, just brute force and outsmarting each other. Josh was smarter than Lenny and in Lenny's mind he would be able to become strong one day and smarts wouldn't matter because he would be so much smarter. After the fight a terrified look covered Josh's face. Lenny was confused as his brother pointed to his shoulder where a black mark appeared , he fell over and told his brother to help him. Josh tried to wipe it off but quickly meowed, "I can't get it off!" The two freaked out and tried to wipe it off with all their might. Even going to a puddle and trying to wash it away. They decided to try and find other cats that might know what was going on with Lenny. Though something he hadn't really thought about took priority in a moment, saying goodbye to his mother. With a sad heart and regret on his tongue he said 'See you later. Goodbye sounds sad.' His mother chuckled and nodded her head, 'See you later, Lenny.' She was beautiful and Lenny regretted not spending more time with her before he had to go figure out what was meant by this black mark. 

Apprenticehood
After asking cat after cat in the little 'clan' they lived in Lenny and Josh were told about the 'Power Cats.' They were terrified, these 'cats' sounded dangerous and cruel, using their 'powers' to fend off and kill other cats. The two brothers decided to get strong before they met those cats, they continued to get stronger with each passing day. Finally after two moons of getting stronger they decided to go on the search for these cats that had given Lenny this tattoo. Lenny and Josh traveled long and hard, coming across many different animals that weirded them out. It only took a week to make it to the Tribes, they came across a cat that had a different mark, a sinister snarl that was colored pure orange. The she-cat explained to them how the Tribes worked and it seemed as though the rumors they were told as kits was only half true, these cats weren't really savages. They actually had a highly advanced way of living, it intrigued both the brothers. The she-cat took Josh into her camp and had a large tom take Lenny to Water Tribe camp. This tom was not nearly as talkative as the she-cat they had just ran into, she was very sweet and Lenny had wished that he had her to guide him. Finally they made it, the leader was huge but had a kind face on him. His name was...Lully that's right! Lenny sat before him and hoped that he would accept him into his Tribe, his eyes were full of kindness and care. After some debating Lully accepted him into the tribe, his tattoo activated and turned a green color. One tip of the tattoo was still blue due to his older age, a voice whispered a name to him...Marius. He was explained the ways of apprenticeship and what it meant to be a member of Water Tribe and that this was his true name that the Spirits assigned. Excitement filled Marius, he could finally become stronger and defeat his brother. He has promised to become the strongest possible. 
Marius never heard what happened to Josh, but he was interested. One day he would beat him and prove that he was the strongest brother, it would all be worth the hard work he put in. Little did he know that his brother was never accepted into the Tribes due to not having a tattoo. Being the strongest was the most important thing to him, of course family was important too. Now that he couldn't see his mother anymore he longed to have a family that he could be there for. His mother was in his dreams to push him in the right direction and be a strong guard. He has just started the process of training to become a master of his trade.
